As you can see from the photos my roller door was not looking good at all. There was some serious damage all over the place. There were wires coming off the reels, rails coming out of the walls, the whole roller door was all over the place and bent. I really thought I'd be up for a replacement costing thousands or some serious amount of repair work. I couldn't see how anyone could fix this door without dismantling the whole thing and starting from scratch. The guys came out when they said they would (on time) and in what I could describe as a ballet in workboots set about realigning, refixing and repairing my roller door. It took them an hour to get my roller door back to working properly and looking great. I was and still am very impressed by this outcome. When it was done I was thinking, this has saved me thousands of dollars. Their bill at the end was so reasonable I was a quite amazed. Hi, This morning I spoke to another company and explained that our roller door works when the button was pressed on the unit but not on the remote. I stated the model make and was told the unit was too old to replace the receiver and needed to replace the whole unit at a cost of $550. I thought I'd seek a second opinion and gave Fast Fix a call. They were honest in saying that the receiver could likely be replaced so decided to get a technician out. The technician arrived on time, was really helpful and friendly and went about replacing the receiver and supplying a new remote for a fraction of the previous companies quote to replace the whole unit. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to get their roller door fixed! Cheers
